EasySecure – How to create a time schedule?

Time schedules can be used to connect to access groups.. You can decide which groups can enter which doors between which times. For example:  a group called ‘employees‘ can only access certain doors monday to friday from 08:30 untill 17:00.

You can also use time schedules to set a door open period. For example:  a door will automatically be opened between 08:30 and 17:00 from monday to friday. Outside of the door open period you will need to use a card, mobile phone or other credential to open the door.

In this article we will explain how to add and edit time schedules in the software.
  1. Click Access in the menu on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click Time Schedules  in the sub-menu.
  3. You will now arrive in the time schedules overview.


  1. You can use the Add icon to create a new time schedule.
  2. You can use the Edit icon to edit an existing schedule.
  3. You can use the Delete icon to delete an existing schedule. The delete function is only available when the time schedule is not connected to any access rights. 
After you click add you will arrive in the following screen:
  1. Enter a name for the time schedule. For example ‘Employee times’. 
  2. With the add icon you can add or multiple time schedules per day. 
  3. For example:  click add next to ‘Monday’ to create a start and end time from 08:30 to 17:00. When connected to a access group this group will have access on monday from 08:30 to 17:00. Before and after those times the user will be denied access.
  4. You can also add two or more schedules per day.
  5. For example: click add next to ‘Tuesday’ to create a start and end time from 08:30 to 11:00. You can click add again to add another schedule from 13:00 to 17:00. When connected to a access group this user will have access from 08:30 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
  6. Click save after you have finished adding the time schedules
