In this article we will show you how to use the different time registration reports within the EasySecure software. 

  1. Click ‘Reports’ on the left side in the menu. 
  2. Then select ‘Reports’ again in the drop down menu. 

Depending on your admin level you will see multiple report types in the overview. On the topside of your screen you can make a selection of different time registration reports. 

All reports are built up in the exact same way but they display different information. 

  1. The report ‘Time Registration – Period’ shows the time registration data of all users within a specific period. This can be filtered to a specific location and can be generated with or without break times.
  2. The report ‘Time Registration – Group’ shows the time registration data of all users within a specific period. This can be filtered to a specific group and can be generated with or without break times.
  3. The report ‘Time Registration – User’ shows the time registration data of a specific user within a specific period. This report can be generated with or without break times.
  4. The report ‘Time Registration – Contractor’ shows the time registration data of a specific hired contractor or sub-contractor within a specific period. This report can be generated with or without break times.  
To generate a report for multiple days you can use the ‘from’ and ‘to’ fields in the report selection screen. Click the ‘Generate Report’ button to open the Excel report. Or click the ‘Generate Report – with Breaktimes‘ button to export the report including the breaktimes. 

   Our time registration reports are always exported to simple and clear Excel overviews. Our time registration records are not compared to shifts. We do not know if a user arrives early or late.

The EasySecure platform is fully integrated with over 100 software packages for planning and payroll. The time registration will automatically be synchronized with the preferred WFM / Planning software within your company / industry.

When generating one of our time registration reports you will see the following information. 

  1. On the topside of the screen you can see the filters selected. In this case we selected our Rotterdam and Dusseldorf office and generated a report for 03-08-2022. 
  2. Below you will see the start time and end time. This is automatically calculated to a total working time per user, per day and in total.
  3. You can edit worktimes within the excel document. If you change a start time or end time of a user the calculations will automatically be handled within the Excel report. 
What if someone forgets to punch in our out? 
If someone forgets to punch in or punch out we will automatically generate a start time or end time at the beginning / end of the day. 
Automatically generated records are marked as red in the report.
  1. If a user forgets to punch out at the end of the day we will generate a automatic out time of 23:59:59 marked in red.
  2. In a user forgets to punch in at the beginning of the day we will generate a automatic in time of 00:00:01 marked in red. 

You can adjust the start- or end time within the Excel report. Please make sure to inform the user that they forget to punch in or out to make sure it does not happen again.
