EasySecure -How to add and download a Suprema Mobile Card?

Suprema Mobile Access allows you to use your own smartphone as a key to access doors, register attendance, register time and more. By using your smartphone as a credential, managing and using an access card becomes a lot easier, faster, and safer.

In this article we will show you how to issue a mobile card, how to download a mobile card and how that card can be used. 

1. Go to the user edit screen and open the user that you want to send a Suprema mobile card. More information about adding and editing users can be found in the following article. 
2. Add the email address under the section ‘Extra Information’. This is the email address where the user will receive the invitation to retrieve the mobile card.
3. Click save.

1. Click ‘Mobile Card’ under the section ‘My Credentials’
2. You will see the following pop-up. 

1. Click  ‘Enter User ID’ to create a card number.
2. Click ‘Save‘.
3. There is a new section visible called ‘Mobile Credentials’. Click ‘Send‘ to send an invitation to use the mobile card.
4. The card has now been issued.
5. Click ‘Close’.
6. Do not forget to synchronize the user with the devices in the main user screen.

The mobile card has now been issued and can be downloaded. In the mobile credential screen you will now see additional icons:

1. You can use the resend button to resend the mobile card. You can use this function if the invitation was not received.
2. You can retrieve the status of this mobile card.
3. Click re-issue to recreate and re-issue the card completely. You can use this function if the user changed the phone or email address.
4. You can click delete to delete the mobile card. Do not forget to synchronize the user with the devices in the main user screen after deleting a mobile card. 

Download Mobile Card 

1. You will receive an email when the card has been issued. Please contact your system administrator when the card has not been received.
2. Click on the link in your email
3. Download the Suprema Airfob Pass App
4. Turn on NFC or BLE before use
5. Open the AirFob App
6. Your mobile access card is now ready for use
